Cancellation Policy
1. Timeliness and Attendance: a. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. b. If a client fails to join a session within the scheduled start time, a 15-minute grace period will be granted before the client is considered a no-show. c. If a client fails to join the session within the 15-minute grace period, they will be automatically terminated as a Uconjay Financials client. 2. No-Show Policy: a. Clients who fail to attend a session without providing prior notice will no longer be considered Uconjay Financials clients. b. Prior notice of absence must be given via email to uconjay@financialbf.com. c. The email should include the client's name, the date they would like to reschedule, and be sent before the scheduled session. 3. Completion of Assignments: a. Clients are required to complete the necessary assignments provided to them by Uconjay Financials. b. Failure to complete the assigned tasks may result in termination as a client. 4. Required Environment and Equipment: a. Clients must ensure they are in a quiet environment during the session to minimize distractions. b. Clients are expected to participate in the sessions using a computer and not a mobile phone. Accessing sessions on a phone is not acceptable and may result in termination as a client. 5. Reckless Spending: a. Clients are expected to follow the financial advice and guidelines provided by Uconjay Financials. b. Engaging in reckless spending or financial activities deemed detrimental may result in termination as a client. 6. Refunds: Due to the online nature of our services, no refunds will be given once a client has enrolled and paid for Uconjay Financials' services. Please note that by becoming a client of Uconjay Financials, you agree to comply with this cancellation policy. Uconjay Financials reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and it is the client's responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
